Description:
Candidate will support our Media Team in the set-up, management, and optimization of online direct marketing campaigns for various clients. Specific types of online direct marketing campaigns include; search engine marketing, affiliate marketing, media partnerships, and paid media buys.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Review websites applying to join our clients direct marketing programs and approve or deny based on predetermined criteria
- Assist media planning and buying team
- Learn how to set-up and manage online direct marketing campaigns
- Use search engines and any other means to find relevant websites who could display our clients advertisements
- Learn each clients’ business in order to more efficiently and effectively find relevant websites
- Review performance data of direct marketing campaigns in order to help optimize campaigns
- Compose client specific newsletters and code them using html
- Assist Reporting and Analytics Team in producing client reporting and documents
- General office duties as needed
Required Experience:
- Candidate should be interested in online media/marketing. Any past work experience in advertising or media a plus

Media Analyst Coordinator - NYC Part Time

Position Summary:
Candidate will support our Media Analyst in the reporting, set-up, analysis, and management of online direct marketing campaigns for various clients. Help to shape the way we use and interact with data gathered from our several Fortune 500 clients. Specific types of online direct marketing campaigns include search engine marketing, affiliate marketing, media partnerships, and paid media buys. Approximately 25 hours per week at $12 per hour.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist Media Analyst with custom client reports
- Maintain our database (Microsoft Access / SQL) with the latest client data
- Review and analyze performance data of direct marketing campaigns in order to help optimize our client’s campaigns
- Audit client reports when stats become locked and official
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Use search engines and other technology applications to gather data for our clients online campaigns
- General office duties as needed
Required Experience:
Candidate should be interested in online media/marketing and have a passion for numbers and data. Any past work experience in advertising or media a plus.
