We agree. Bios tend to be a bit dry and boring, so we’ll keep it brief. If you’re a “high level” guy or gal, simply know that our management team is made up of three industry veterans that have successful track records helping big brands cost effectively acquire customers online.

Peter Figueredo

Peter Figueredo

Founding Partner

Work Experience: Peter started his career at market leader Nielsen Media Research helping to establish the foundation for what is now Nielsen NetRatings. In the late 90’s he worked at interactive agency pioneer i-traffic, contributing to the launch of their Performance Marketing division. In 2001 he co-founded NETexponent, today known as NetX.

Industry Contributions: Peter is a regular speaker at conferences such as ad:tech, Commission Junction University, Google conferences, Search Engine Strategies and Affiliate Summit. In addition, he is an active member of the OldTimers Group, a founding member of the Performance Marketing Alliance (PMA), and a committee member of the Search Engine Marketing Professionals Organization (SEMPO). His experience and insights are frequently used to help financial investors in the online marketing sector, awards contests like the Webbys, and of course clients of NetX. Peter has even been an expert witness for a groundbreaking court case in the field of online marketing trademark law.

Personal Items: An avid runner, Peter recently completed the NYC Marathon. When not working or running, he spends time with his wife and baby girl.

Chris Kramer

Work Experience: After spending a half dozen years in the “off-line world” working for international brands Eddie Bauer and Disney, Chris joined interactive agency pioneer i-traffic in 1998.  Chris played a major role in establishing Affiliate Marketing best practices while at i-traffic. In 2000, he co-founded NETexponent (now NetX), leading the agency’s Affiliate and Search Marketing practices.

Industry Contributions: Chris is a regular speaker at agency conferences including – OMMA, Commission Junction University and serves on the advisory board for the Affiliate Summit conference.

Personal Items: Maybe it’s his love of numbers, or maybe it’s his quiet competitiveness but Chris can’t pass up a good poker game, especially when in Vegas. But more important than playing in any poker tournament is spending quality time with his wife and kids.

David Herscott

Work Experience: David started his marketing career with BBDO in the early 90’s. From there he joined Modem Media in 1995 and had the opportunity to work on a number of interactive industry “firsts.” In 2000 he founded MEA Digital and grew it into a top 50 interactive agency before selling it in 2008. David joined Advanta Bank and spent two years as their Senior Vice President of eCommerce before joining NetX as a partner in 2011.

Industry Contributions: David has written a book on Internet Marketing strategy - Marketing Mojo, he is a DreamIt Ventures Mentor in Residence and is a regular speaker at industry conferences including Ad-Tech, SES and the DMA.

Personal Items: When not working, you are most likely to find David building sand castles on the beach with his daughter or practicing yoga.
